Maybe it is my long ebony hair. Or perhaps it is my round and firm breasts that are large that I have a hard time finding tops to wear. My long legs might be the focus as well. I do not really know which part of my body you notice first but from what I have been told, it is always one of the above three.
While my body might be what gets your attention first, you will not be able to overlook my sense of adventure once you meet me. You see, I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I have always had this streak, ever since I was a little kid. Maybe it was the result of growing up with a handful of brothers out in the middle of the prairie. We would regularly ride our four wheelers through the brush, swim and dive into swimming holes and small streams and track wild animals. There really is nothing that I am afraid of and I am always willing to try things at least once.
As I got older, my family was stationed in various areas through the country as well as around the world as we followed the careers of my parents. I was a teen when we landed here at Las Vegas and I knew right away that I had found my forever home. This city that is so diverse, active and pulsating is just what my adventurous and outgoing spirit needs.
I knew that I would not be moving from Las Vegas very soon and when my family packed up to go to their next career destination, I made arrangements with a friend's family to live with them while I finished my last year of high school. After all, I had to at least stay and experience the casinos before I moved on, just in case Vegas was not really the city for me.
Of course, though, Las Vegas has everything I need right here. I quickly obtained a job at one of the casinos due to my stunning beauty. It was not long before I found out just how satisfying being able to make men feel pleasure like they have never know. I love being able to meet new men - and the occasional woman since I am bisexual - during my work. I can rest easy each night knowing that I have used my considerable talents to make men eager to come back to see me again and again.
I really mean it when I say I’m not afraid of anything. I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about it. Fear is the thing that makes us alive. I know a lot of people think very negative things about fear. You know, if you wake up from a nightmare, it’s probably because you were afraid. You were afraid that something you experienced in the dream might be real. You wake yourself up because you fear that something you had inflicted on you, something that comes from the depths of your mind, is now the real world, and the relief you experience when you wake up is everything.
Can you see how that fear holds people back... but also gives their lives meaning? If you were like superman, completely indestructible, strong and powerful, and you couldn’t be killed no matter what, that sounds really great to all of us because we are all fragile and we can all be hurt. People can hurt us physically and they can hurt us emotionally. Being hurt is nothing but fear. It’s the fear that things will always be like they are when you are hurt, when the thing that hurts you makes you feel bad. Now if you were indestructible, nothing could hurt you, but would anything matter to you? How could it? None of the choices you made would make any difference. You could jump off a building or stay home for a week and wouldn’t make any difference to whether you were alive or dead. And because nothing you did made any difference, no choice could ever be the wrong one. So you never have to fear making the wrong choice and having your life be worse off for it.
When you realize that fear is the only thing that gives our lives meaning, then you never have to be afraid because you’ve learned the secret. You embrace life and you live every day for that day by itself, for the beautiful gift that it is. That’s how I try to live my life. I guess that’s my really long-winded way of saying that I embrace being alive for what it is, a wonderful gift, and every day I am grateful for that. That’s why I will try absolutely anything once. I live for new experiences, for doing new things. I love that exhilaration that comes from doing something you’ve never done before because you don’t know how it’s going to end. People call it a “spoiler” when you find out the ending of something too early, before you’ve experienced it. I think that’s the very essence of life, never spoiling your new experiences by skipping to the end. Life was meant to be lived and that’s what I always try to do. It’s what I live for.
Leaving my family to strike out on my own was like that. It wasn’t easy to just walk away from everything I knew, to go to a new place, in this case Las Vegas, and try to make a living. You don’t know the ending when you do that. Nobody can spoil it for you, although some jealous people might try. They might try to discourage you. They might say it’s too hard, or they wouldn’t try that, so you shouldn’t. I don’t believe in listening to negative voices. There’s nothing I can get from a negative person except discouragement. That’s why I fill my life with positive people and positive things. That’s the only way to be as a person, as far as I know. It’s the key to a happy life.
